In 2019, the company registered the establishment of Han Vietnam Company Limited (“subsidiary”), Vietnam. With a registered capital of 800,000,000 Vietnamese dong or approximately 1,057,444 baht. The Company holds 100% of the subsidiary’s shares in the registered capital on 30 July 2019.
In 2020, the Company collaborated with Aiyarafun Group by a joint venture agreement signing between Mr. Prasertsak Detudom and Mr. Satit Wanitchaikit to operate a business on producing, trading, servicing, and developing of “IOT Products and Solutions” system. The business is to provide services on the development of Smart Building under the name Aiyaraharn Co., Ltd (“subsidiary”) address 559 Soi soonvijai 4, Rama 9 Road, Bangkapi, Huaykwang, Bangkok 10310 with registered capital at Baht 2,000,000. The shares that HARN holds 65% of the subsidiary’s shares of the registered capital on June 24, 2020.
